All orders are shipped from Athens, Greece within one (1) business day of their completion.
In order to ship your parcel fast and for your overall better buying experience, BE YOUTH® can only ship parcels up to 3 kilograms.
The delivery time for shipments within Europe is 5 – 7 business days. If your address is outside Europe, delivery time may take up to 10 business days. Please advise the prices below for detailed shipping costs.

Procedure
If you wish to return a product you have ordered, please contact us at (+30)6986884248 or send an email to info@sapouni-sou.gr.
For your better service, please have your order number.
Conditions
Our products are made of pure, natural materials, without preservatives and chemical additives. For this reason, the return request must be made quickly.
In order to be eligible for your refund you must:
- Not more than five (5) working days have passed since the order was shipped. After 5 days of shipment, unfortunately, the request for a refund can not be accepted.
- The product should be intact, in the same state as it has been received and should not have been opened.
- Keep proof of purchase.
- You can only allow a product to exchange it with someone else.
- In some cases, only partial damages (if applicable) are made.

Once we receive and evaluated the product you returned we will inform you regarding product change.
The shipping cost for dispatching the product to BE YOUTH® and the shipping of the product in exchange is paid by the customer.
